Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center held our annual Trick or Treat Night recently with approximately 300 visitors! The residents enjoyed handing out candy to local children, who were dressed in some really cute costumes! We also had several fur-babies to come by to Trick or Treat. The facility always has pet treats on hand for them!
