True Christmas Spirit. This group of Harlan County youths came out to bring gifts for the residents at Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center. They aren’t with any organization or school. They are just friends who got together and wanted to bring some holiday cheer to the residents. They even went the extra mile by dressing up in Grinch style. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and hope you have the very best Christmas.
