We’re celebrating National Nursing Home Week with great activities all week. Today was Veteran Appreciation Day. The day was started with a balloon launch and “freedom walk”. We honored our veterans with a party, pictures and a program with the Harlan Honor Guard.
Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 143-bed skilled nursing facility nestled in the beautiful mountains of Harlan Kentucky. Harlan County is home to the Poke Sallet Festival, the Black Bear Festival, Kingdom Come State Park, Martins Fork Lake, Black Mountain Recreational Park.
