Happy New Year From Harlan HRC
Happy New Year from the residents and staff of Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center. Residents and staff wore all kinds of hats to help ring in the new year properly. Food and sparkling juice was handed out to people to cheers each other. Hope everyone had a safe and happy new year.
