It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Harlan HRC
Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center resident, Tom Napier, already has his Christmas spirit on full display. For the facility’s Christmas decorations, Napier built the stable for the Nativity scene so staff and residents and any passerby can gawk at the exhibit.
