Tasty Treats
The residents and staff at Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center were thrilled to enjoy a tasty treat recently. O Taste and See, a locally owned company, brought out freshly made donuts to share with the residents and the staff. It was a wonderful surprise for everyone.
Happy Skilled Nursing Care Week
Happy Skilled Nursing Care Week to all staff at Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center. Staff and residents played “Hungry Hungry Hippo”, searched for safari animal cut outs on a walk outside the facility, and ended the day with some animal crackers and juice.
Happy Mother’s Day
Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center wished all the mom’s at the facility (residents and staff) a happy Mother’s Day. The facility celebrated this holiday a little different than years past, but they tried to make it special for each mama.
Bringing Christmas Cheer to the Residents
Last week, volunteers from withlovefromharlan came by to decorate the facility and bring cheer for the residents. Young kids volunteered their time to make the doors look like Christmas presents.
